General Body Meeting is convened on 19th (Wednesday) December 2007 at 7-00PM in # 2, Airforce Officer’s Mess, Trinity Circle, Airport Road, Bangalore – 560 001.
You are kindly requested to attend the meeting without fail. |

| AGENDA:
1. Welcome by the President – SSBASICC.
2. Reading of the notice of the meeting, by the Hon.Secretary.
3. Condolences, if any.
4. Inability to attend the meeting, if any.
5. Hon Secretary’s Report.
6. Treasurer’s Report & Budget for 2008.
7. Amendments to rules and resolutions, if any.
8. Election of Office Bearers / Appointment of Teller.
9. Any other business with the permission of the chairman.
10. Installation of the new office bearers.
11. Vote of thanks.

PLEASE NOTE:
a) Hon Secretary’s report / Internal audited accounts & budget shall be available one hour before the
General Body Meeting at the Venue.
b) The election of office bearers as per the memorandum rules & bylaws of the Surgical Society of Bangalore
ASICC as per No: 16 a & b.
c) Nominations for the various posts as (Specified in the nomination form) is being invited from the eligible
members, duly proposed and seconded by a valid member and accepted by the candidate. The duly filled
nomination form shall reach the office of the Surgical Society of Bangalore ASICC I.M.A. House, A.V.Road,
Bangalore – 560 018 on or before 7th (Friday ) December – 2007 by 4-00PM.
d) Last date for withdrawal is on 11th (Tuesday) December 2007 by
4-00PM.
e) The final list of valid candidate will be announced at the office at
5-00PM on 13th (Thursday)
December 2007. |
